We leave Arrecife heading towards the south. Through the beautiful farming villages of Tias, Conil, etc. The landscape begins to change dramatically... we are in La Geria. The volcanic eruptions of the 18th centuary coberd by ashes all this area, and the farmesman formed with his hands this amazing landscape. After we go to the west coast, or as its known here: The Lava Coast. Here are de Salinas, Green Lagoon and the black beaches. We take a short walk to the viewpoint where we can see the Green Lagoon in the center of the crater - 20 MINUTES.
We continued to the NATIONAL PARK OF TIMANFAYA. To get a better understanding of life here on Lanzarote and the origin of this island, you must to visit this area. Creation and destruction at the same instant. Eruptions 2000 days long with not interuption. Thats change the charater of any human being - 70 MINUTES
Nearby are the camels, if you wish you can take a ride on these funny animals (Ride a camel 20 minutes take extra €6) or just have a photo with them.
